What this app is

RelayOS Money Close is a private tool used by MonkeyWolf Digital LLC to check its own books in QuickBooks Online once a month. It is not sold or offered to the public. It only connects to QuickBooks companies owned by MonkeyWolf Digital LLC.

What we read

When the app is connected, it reads accounting data from our QuickBooks company: accounts, balances, transactions, bills, deposits, and payments. It does not create, change, or delete anything in QuickBooks.

What we store

We store the login tokens QuickBooks gives us, so the app can reconnect each month. They are kept in a locked file on our own computer. We also save a copy of each monthly check result on that same computer. We do not store your QuickBooks password.

Who sees it

Only the owner of MonkeyWolf Digital LLC. The monthly check result is read by an AI assistant (Claude, made by Anthropic) that works for the owner, which turns it into a short summary. The assistant sees the check result only, never the QuickBooks login tokens. The short summary of each monthly check (totals and pass or fail notes) is sent to the owner as a private Telegram message. Other than that assistant, we do not sell, rent, or share this data with anyone, and we do not use it for ads.

How to disconnect

You can disconnect the app at any time from QuickBooks (Settings, then Apps) or from our disconnect page. Once disconnected, QuickBooks cancels the stored tokens, so the app can no longer read anything.

Security

Tokens and results stay on one computer, in files only its owner can open. Data moves between QuickBooks and the app over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
