Who can use it

RelayOS Money Close is a private, internal tool. Only MonkeyWolf Digital LLC and its owner may use it, and only with QuickBooks companies the LLC owns. No license is granted to anyone else.

What it does

The app reads accounting data from QuickBooks Online and runs a monthly check on it. It does not change the books. Its results are a helper for the owner, not tax, legal, or accounting advice.

No warranty

The app is provided as is, without any warranty. MonkeyWolf Digital LLC is not liable for any loss that comes from using it or relying on its results, to the extent the law allows.

QuickBooks

QuickBooks is a product of Intuit Inc. Your use of QuickBooks is covered by Intuit's own terms. This app is not made or endorsed by Intuit.

Ending use

Access ends when the app is disconnected from QuickBooks. See the disconnect page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
